Recreation Commission Opening


After serving 7.5 years on the Recreation Commission, Courtney Bittelari, Recreation Commission Chair has announced her plan to resign from her position in June 2025.  The Recreation Commission supports the Carlisle Recreation Department to plan and execute their many youth and adult programs, community events, summer activities, and takes an active role in helping the Town plan for and manage current and future recreation facilities. 

We are fortunate here in Carlisle to have such a wide variety of recreation options, and a diverse and engaged Recreation Commission is a great way to ensure that these opportunities continue to serve the needs of our residents.

Recreation Commissioners are appointed by the Select Board. If you are interested in joining the Recreation Commission, please fill out a volunteer interest form on the Town website at FY26 Appointed Board and Committee Volunteers
