Waitlist


Waitlist Policy for Programs:        

If you or your child has been placed on a waitlist, then the program or event you are interested in is currently full. Participants are added to the waitlist based on the time of registration.

Space in a program becomes available if a participant on the current class list withdraws from the program or if the instructor adds additional spaces in the class.  If space should become available in the program, an email notification will be sent.   

Information on where your child is on the waitlist will not be provided.   

Musical Theater Waitlist:
New Waitlist policy for Musical Theater Experiences ONLY:
 
We are so grateful for the popularity of our program and for everyone’s support over the years. We wanted to update everyone on our waitlist policy now and going forward. Theater programs work differently than most activities. Most theater programs hold auditions to make sure their cast is balanced for parts in a show. We do not hold auditions and welcome all but do need to take measures to make sure our casts are balanced enough with different ages for our program to work. Musical Theater Experiences reserves the right to take children off the waitlist that will ensure a balanced cast. We always have the goal of making this experience the most successful and joyful as possible for your children and appreciate your understanding.
