Refunds & Withdrawals


All programs must have sufficient enrollment to be offered. Participants should consider their application accepted unless otherwise notified. We are unable to prorate fees for missed classes.

A refund in the amount of the program less a $25 processing fee will be granted for cancellations requested two weeks prior to the start of the program. No refund will be granted thereafter.

*NOTE: Refund policy for Summer Fun and Musical Theater may vary.


Children should be picked up on time after all activities.  Late fees will be assessed as follows:
Less than 10 minutes late: No Fee
10-15 minutes late: $15
20-30 minutes late: $25
