Relax and unwind after a long day at work and sign up for a low-impact fitness course like Archery. This Olympic sport is one of the fastest growing across America and is easy to learn, but difficult to master. The thrill of shooting a bow is unlike any other body mind experience and it involves form elements and strategy similar to golf, yoga, martial arts and even chess! All equipment is provided and this course is led by certified USA Archery instructors.

Sessions are led by teams of certified USA Archery instructors who design exciting new lesson plans each week that balance skill building drills with friendly competition to make the experience one of the best recreational sports your child can participate in.
