Program Summary:
Traditional Yoga program is a mindful practice that brings together movement, postures, and breath to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Rooted in the traditional Hatha yoga approach, each class begins with gentle movements to warm and mobilize the body and joints, followed by a thoughtfully sequenced practice of traditional yoga postures. Attention is given to breath, alignment, and mindful awareness throughout the practice. The class gradually slows toward the end with gentle breathwork and relaxation, leaving students feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.
Modifications will be offered to accommodate different levels of experience and individual needs, allowing each student to practice in a way that is appropriate for their body. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Participants should attend with an empty stomach or ensure at least 3 hours have passed since their last meal. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and yoga blocks (optional).
