We focus on the core principles of respect, discipline, honesty, courtesy and integrity. The basics of balance, coordination, cooperation, kicking, punching and blocking are taught as well as some basic life skills, stranger awareness, fire safety, out and about safety, bike safety, etc.
Please Note: After completion of the students first session of classes students are required to purchase their uniform from the instructor. Also belt fees will be charged as the students pass their tests. These fees are additional and paid separately and directly to the instructor by cash check or Venmo.
The uniform is $65 belt fees vary but range from $20-25 each depending on color/type of belt
