Walking for Total Fitness

When we bring our attention to how we take our steps, walking can increase balance, overall muscle tone, our vitality and feeling of well-being. With balanced body alignment, walking acn release held tension and evenly tone our whole body. Learn how to increase your overall fitness and get more benefit from every step. This hour workshop will begin with movement for postural change and whole-body toning. We will then apply the changes to gait as we take a walk. Please wear walking shoes and clothing comfortable for movement.
