Inclusive Community Connections is a community-based recreation exploration program for adults with disabilities to gain exposure to and build connections with their personal interests in their local communities. The program will promote embedded concepts of social/emotional learning, self-advocacy, and executive functioning skills to support adults in identifying their intrinsic interests and provide them with a road map to pursue these activities further. Each week the group will start by meeting at Town Center, continue the day with community exploration, followed by a final check-in back at the Town Center Building.
