Join our introduction to Quilting Basics class featuring a Patch Quilt block project and more. Perfect for all levels! This class guides you through the fundamental techniques of quilt-making, focusing on the classic Patch quilt. This project offers hands-on experience in piecing together a beautiful patchwork pattern, adding a border, making the quilting sandwich, and finishing with a blinding. All materials are provided, including a colorful selection of cotton fabrics. There will be overview on techniques such as:
  • Fabric selection
  • Cutting using rotary cutters, rulers, and mats
  • Block assembly
  • Cutting and adding the border
  • Making a quilting sandwich
  • Machine quilting
