Infant Massage

Location: Brick Building, 97 School Street
As a Certified Educator of Infant Massage through Infant Massage USA, I will teach new strokes each week that combine Swedish and Indian Massage in addition to reflexology. Massage can help babies with sleep, gas, and fussiness. It also enhances the connection between caregiver and baby. Each class will include discussion, demonstration of strokes, and time for questions and answers. Once you have registered you will receive information about what you need for the first class. 
Instructor Bio: Mary Beilman will lead the classes and has over 20 years of experience working with families as a Family Support Specialist, providing parent education, home visits and one on one consults. She has a Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor, Certified Educator of Infant Massage, Pediatric Sleep Consultant and a Baby Sign Language Educator.
