Session I: September 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10 (5 Wks) (Make-Up 10/17)

Join us for a powerful and engaging self-defense seminar designed specifically for women — mothers and daughters, aunts and nieces, sisters, best friends — every woman who wants to feel stronger, safer, and more confident. This interactive workshop offers practical, real-world self-defense techniques in a supportive, all-female environment. Taught by experienced female instructors, you’ll learn how to recognize danger, set boundaries, and defend yourself physically and mentally in threatening situations.
Whether you're coming with your daughter, your aunt, your best friend, or simply on your own, you'll leave feeling more empowered — and connected. This seminar isn’t just about learning how to protect yourself; it’s about building confidence, resilience, and community with the women who matter most.
What to Expect:

  • Open discussion in a judgment-free, encouraging space
