Carlisle Recreation Summer Fun 2025
Dates:  Monday-Friday *(Events Subject to Change)
Week 1: June 23-27 – Holiday Happenings!
                        Endless Celebrations, Snow Cones, Pizza Slime & Foam Party
Week 2: June 30-July 2 – Touring the Town! (3 Days–No Summer Fun on 7/3 & 7/4) 
            Tour Fire Department, Clark Farm, Police Cruiser & a Visit with Athena the Police Dog!
Week 3: July 7-11 – Magic & Balloons!
                       Magic Show, Dan the Balloon Man, Foam Party!
Week 4: July 14-18 – Science & Space!
            Solar Walk & Snow Cones: Learn about the Planets, Spectacular Science & Yo-Yo Man!
Week 5: July 21-25 – Music & Games!
                        Trevor the Game Guy, Otha Day Drums & Library Event: Storytime Quintet
Week 6: July 28-August 1 – Animal Friends!
            Barn Babies, Animal Craft at the Library & Karate Demo Break-a-Board!
Week 7: August 4-8 – Spirit Week!
            Friendly Competition, Video Truck, Shark & Mermaid Island & Inflatable Obstacle Course!

            Early Drop Off is Available 8:15-9:00am

Fee:     $350/Week
            $210-Week 2 Only (3 Days)
Location: Spalding Field & Corey Gym
The summer fun program is a great way to spend summer days with friends. Select any or all of the week-long sessions. Our fun and exciting Summer Fun Program includes tennis, arts & crafts, outdoor games, dance, music, and special activities. Please bring water bottles, sunscreen, a hat, bug spray and a towel. Please bring a peanut free lunch and snacks. Pack Extra Waters. All participants will check in at the summer fun drive-up station.  Pick-up is at 3:00pm. We are happy to offer Early Drop Off from 8:15-9:00am for an additional fee of $50/week.  The program will be Rain or Shine. On rainy days, the program will be held in the Corey Gym at the Carlisle School. 
**Payment due at the time of registration or space is not guaranteed.
NEW THIS YEAR: No refunds after 2/28/25 at 4:00pm (unless the space can be filled). No partial week option. Half Day option is available with a prorated fee if attending the Carlisle Summer School program only.
 
Essential Forms:
As required by the local licensing authority, each participant must have a completed:
  • Summer Fun Online Registration
  • A copy of their physical (must be within 18 months) and immunization forms submitted to the Recreation Director no later than four weeks prior to participation at hmansfield@carlislema.gov
  • Additional forms and information will be emailed to you one week prior to the start of the participants first day. Please review and complete all forms and bring on the first day of your registered session.
All medical forms should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to when your child starts Summer Fun. Physicals must be dated within 18 months. Please be sure that the information on the registration forms is accurate and complete. Please do not leave any of the fields blank on the forms.
