Get ready to chop, mix, and ferment your way to a tasty batch of homemade kimchi! If you have taken a class with Emily before, this will be a bit different. Lots more hands-on action as you make your own kimchi from scratch. You will leave with your own jar of kimchi and recipes to continue on your fermentation journey after class, ensuring your ability to make your own probiotic foods at home. We will talk briefly about the basic science of fermentation and methods so you will leave with the knowledge and confidence to be able to safely ferment practically anything! Samples will be provided. Please bring: Large bowl, knife, big cutting board, scale that weighs in grams. Fee includes all materials.
