It’s All About the Crust:  Pizza & Pie

Making crusts for pies is easy if you know how, and making crusts for Pizza is even easier. Come and learn the techniques to make one of each to take home.  We will make a yeast dough pizza crust and turn it into small pizzas creations with a choice of savory toppings served with a nice salad to complement the meal.  We will make a fresh fruit Galette with the pie crust, delicious warm from the oven! Bring an apron and be ready to get to work.  *Ingredients fee $10, payable to the instructor at class.
