Join Bonnie McCulloch for a fun creative night of chair yoga in a low-pressure environment. This program is designed to be inclusive to individuals of all abilities. It will offer movement, meditation and relaxation. Support from Bonnie and the Therapeutic Recreation Specialist will be available during the program.
