Instructor: Parkinson’s Project Staff
The Health and Wellness Bonanza program will focus on fitness, exercise, building core strength, balance, and an overview on nutrition and how to make health choices throughout the day. During this program we'll incorporate lots of fun games that will make this program uplifting and enjoyable. This program is forty five minutes long and caregivers are welcome to join in.
