            Session III: November 20-December 18 (No Class 11/27)
Time:  Session I:         5:30-6:30pm
           Session II:       5:00-6:00pm
            Session III:      6:00-7:00pm
Who:   Ages 14 - Adult

Release stress with arrows! Relax and unwind after a long day at work and sign up for a low-impact fitness course like Archery. This Olympic sport is one of the fastest growing across America and is easy to learn, but difficult to master. The thrill of shooting a bow is unlike any other body mind experience and it involves form elements and strategy similar to golf, yoga, martial arts and even chess! All equipment is provided and this course is led by certified USA Archery instructors.
