Zumba® Fitness – Take the Work out of your Workout!
Dates:  Mondays
             
Session IV: March 10, 17, 24, 31, April 7, 14 NOTE: 3/17 will be held in the Carlisle Gym
             Session V: April 28, May 5, 14 (Wed), 19, June 2, 9 (No Class 5/26) NOTE: 5/14 (Wed) & 5/19 will be held in the Brick Building, 97 School Street
Time:   5:00-6:00pm 
Who:   Ages 18+
Fee:     Sessions I and III: $50 (5 Classes)

           Sessions II, IV, V: $60 (6 Classes)

Ditch the workout. Join the party! Zumba® is a dance-based fitness program that provides a great cardio workout set to fun, motivating Latin and international music. This one-hour class will mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves to stretch, sculpt, and tone your muscles while efficiently burning calories. The class is appropriate for all fitness levels. No previous dance or Zumba® experience is required. Wear sneakers and bring a water bottle. With Zumba®, working out has never been so fun!  Once you register, the instructor will send an invitation via email.
