Learn how to save seed and add some no-waste practices to your repertoire. Come ready to learn about some of the local food and medicine right in your landscape, exploring the wonders of foraging for summer items, with in-person samples and real life uses for making food and drinks. From mushrooms, to berries, to greens, discover the culinary and medicinal potential of nature's bounty. Fun samples will be provided! *Please let the instructor know if you have any allergies.
