Join Chef Diane for a delicious, lighter Italian dinner made for the warmer weather, along with produce you can find locally. The Italians love to use seasonal produce in their cooking! We will be making Bruschetta with Pan Roasted Tomatoes and Smoked Mozzarella, Chicken Francese in a wonderful lemon sauce, Risotto with Swiss Chard, and Seared Peppers, and for dessert, fresh Strawberries in a Ricotta Chocolate studded Crema. Go away with new Italian recipes to enjoy all summer!
Please bring an apron and take out containers for any leftovers. *Ingredients fee $15, payable to the instructor at class.
