Boot Camp for All Fitness Levels
Dates:  Fridays
            Session I: January 12-February 2 (Snow Make-up on 2/9)
            Session II: February 9-March 15 (No Class 2/23) (Snow Make-up on 3/22)
            Session III: April 5-May 31 (No class on 4/19)
Time:   12:00-1:00pm

Who:   18 yrs and older
Fee:     Session I: $75 (4 Wks)
             Session II: $94 (5 Wks)
              Session III: $148 (8 Wks)

Instructor: Carolyn Schweitzer
This one-hour class is a low impact, high intensity workout with the focus on maximum cardio benefit. We will utilize body weight and a variety of equipment and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to maximize cardio, strength, and balance.
