The Snack Engineers program is designed to inspire creativity and promote healthier, more inclusive snacks. During this 5-week program students will recreate Cheez it snacks into a new gluten free snack. Students will craft key ingredients from scratch, like making butter and cheese, select the ideal gluten free flour, and then create packaging, labels and a recipe. By the end of this program, students will have a brand-new gluten-free snack they can take home and share.
