Instructor: Parkinson Project
The Parkinson's Project has been designed to enhance individuals diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.  Each program has instructional art workshops along with a support group with peers built into each program. All of our programs are taught by local artists that have Parkinson Disease or support a Parkinson person, so that they have a great understanding of this disease. This allows us to share with like-minded people and create a sense of community that is much needed. Throughout this workshop we’ll work on canvas, acrylic paint, oil pastels, acrylic pens and more. This class will have instruction but is encouraged to bring a favorite photo of landscape or object to make your painting personal. This is a fun and relaxed workshop with no expectations, we hope you will join, and we encourage early onset PD to attend.
