Simplicity Parenting is an approach founded by Kim John Payne, Therapist and Parent Educator. Are you looking for a way to maintain balance in your day-to-day family life? In this 8-week series, we will examine the ways to reclaim space and a sustainable pace of family life through the art of simplifying the home environment, family calendar, daily rhythms, and a developmentally meaningful atmosphere. You’ll learn ways of creating a peaceful, loving home though defining your family values, focusing on what is truly important and finding healthy rhythms for your family that will lower stress and foster better communication and calm.
