Sewing for Beginners
Dates: Fridays
           Session I: September 15-November 17 (No Class 10/20 & 11/10) (Make-Up 12/1)
           Session II: April 5-May 31 (No Class 4/19 & 5/24) 
Time:   3:15-4:15pm* 
            *Class will run until 4:30 on May 3, 10, 17, 31
Who:   Ages 8 and older
Fee:     $150 (8 Wks)
Instructor: Karen O’Rourke
Location: Community Room, Carlisle School
Create fun things like a felt ball, decorative pillow or drawstring bag while learning to hand and machine sew, then make your own pattern to create a skirt or top to wear. Supplies are included, sewing machines are available, but if you have a portable sewing machine, please bring it to class.  *The Recreation Director or Instructor will plan to meet the children at the end of the school day and walk with them to class.
